Additional Missions
Addional Mission 3 has been released a couple of days ago! It can be downloaded from Backerkit. Once Additonal Mission 4 is released, they will be packaged and released for itch and other online platforms.
Mission 3 incorporates a teaser of future our future content.
Tutorial Videos
Once Mission 4 is completed, I will be producing the exclusive video for the Digital Extra reward. This video includes the maths and equations used for the game design. It will be part of the digital package.
Book at the Printer
We have completed the correction and proofing process. I have received news that The Books will enter the printing process soon.
Future Release Schedule
This is the updated releasee schedule.

We have new playtest materials, Joint Spellcasting and “Spiritcrafter”, a Channeler class that fights using the spirits of toolkits.

Tutorial Videos
Good news! The beginner tutorial video series is complete. The playlist for the videos can be accessed through this link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJmFJXf3BXjw5ZKwAfttoFDMYTAQN2JWm
This video series will be released to the public tomorrow.
Once the additional missions are complete, the video series will be packaged together and made available for download for those who backed the digital extras.
Book at the Printer
We are in the correction and proofing process with the printers. I have received print samples, and we’re trying to get the colors just right. We are progressing steadily, but unfortunately, due to various circumstances, we must push the delivery date to the estimated time range I am given, late third quarter of 2024. Once I receive a more concrete date, I will provide an update to everyone.
We apologize for the inconvenience. To make up for this, we will continue to create content for all backers. We will also incorporate additional art meant for future projects into the additional missions and include them as bonus in the digital extras.
Additional Missions
The missions are currently being worked on and they're given priority.
Future Release Schedule
The following is the planned schedule of releases. Due to the uncertain nature of the project, we have not finalized the release dates.

Additional Missions
We have just released Additional Mission 2 through backerkit. The mission is free for everyone, but those who backed the digital extras also receive mission specific graphics, tokens and the high quality maps for the missions (zoned & clean). Existing backers can download all these through backerkit.
Tutorial Videos
We are currently working on the Game Master video. Once it’s released, all the beginner tutorial videos will be published to the public at the same time.
Book Sent to Printer
We have sent the final version of the book to the printer and we’re awaiting their reply on the production schedule. We’ll keep you informed once we know more about the production schedule.
Future Release Schedule
The following is the planned schedule of releases. Due to the uncertain nature of the project, we have not finalized the release dates.
- July - Monsters & Hazards Video.

Tutorial Videos
We have completed 9 videos, the Introduction & the 8 Premade Characters video. We are not releasing this to the public yet, because we want to give our backers first look at these videos. But you can share using these links to get your potential players up to speed with their chosen class. This is as close to the final video as we get.
The Monsters & Hazards video will be added as soon as we have released Additional Mission 2.
Additional Missions
We aim to release Additional Mission 2, at the end of this month or very early July. Backers will receive the mission, related maps, and graphics. The additional missions will eventually be available to everyone for free, but the free version does not include the related maps and graphics.
Backerkit Address Lock
We have locked the addresses in the backerkit. We are also in the process of finalizing the documents for print. It won’t be long before the book is actually printed!
Future Release Schedule
The following is the planned schedule of releases. Due to the uncertain nature of the project, we have not finalized the release dates.

CBA June Progress Update

Hello everyone! This is your June update.

Tutorial Videos
We have some good news and some bad news, but the good outweighs the bad. The good news is that we have found a way to reduce the production time for the tutorial videos. We were originally going to release one video a week, but for 1 intro and 8 premade characters & 1 monster guide videos, it would take a whopping 10 weeks to produce. After a bit of discussion and replanning, we have found a way to speed up the process to nearly half the time.

We are not ready to release the video to the general public because newcomers would be confused if we didn’t have the other videos to accompany it. So we’re waiting for all the videos to be created before we release them to the public. The bad news is that the rest of the videos will drop mid to late June, but they will come in a big completed batch.
Another good news is that we have negotiated a deal with our voiceover person, Nick, that’s beneficial for both parties. We will continue to use him for future tutorial videos beyond the beginner’s guide, so you will have a professional voiceover artist for more tutorial content in the future. But they will have to wait until we have finished the extra missions package.

Additional Missions
Due to the intensive production schedule of the tutorial videos, we are delaying the release of the additional missions to late June or early July.
Book Production
Here is a quick update on the production of the physical copies of CBA. I have signed the first pages of the signed copies of CBA and sent them to the printers to be bound once the books are ready to print. We are just waiting for the book to get its ISBN certificate and a few other little things to be sorted before we can start printing.
Backerkit Charge & Address Lock
We have just started the process of charging your cards from the locked orders. We will be locking your nominated addresses by June 24th. So you can still change the address before it’s locked.
